Mr. Howard was born December 31, 1981, in Marion County. He was the son of Gail Ann Chavis and Thomas Lee Howard He served in the US Navy and was self employed as  a carpenter. Adam Quincy Howard, 41, passed away Wednesday, February 8, 2023, at Prisma Health Richland Hospital in Columbia, South Carolina.
