Colonel James Colonel Todd, Jr., 87, passed away peacefully at his home on January 27, 2023 with his wife, Peggy by his side.  He was born in Charlotte, NC on May 13, 1935.   Jimmy was a veteran that proudly served the US Army Reserves for over 25 years, retiring as a full Colonel.
