Mr. Lane, 74, passed away Wednesday, January 4, 2023 at McLeod Regional Medical Center in Florence.  Born in Dillon County, SC, July 5, 1948, he was the son of the late Sam Lane and Ora Lee Taylor Lane.  He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Marion, and was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Vietnam War.
