Mitchell E. Proctor 97 passed away Monday, January 2, 2023, at McLeod Hospice House.  Mr. Proctor was born in Dillon, a son of the late M.R. Proctor and Mary Susan Hamilton Proctor. He was a veteran of the United States Army, having reached the rank of Sergeant.
